晚发性精神分裂症患者幻听与负性情绪、事件相关电位关系研究

目的比较晚发性精神分裂症幻听与负性情绪、听觉事件相关电位的关系。方法对24例有幻听的患者和17例无幻听的精神分裂症患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评估，同时比较两组P300波幅和潜伏期。结果和无幻听组比较，幻听组HAMA总分明显增高，而HAMD总分两组没有显著性差异；幻听组P300成分中N2和P3潜伏期明显延长，P2波幅明显降低。结论晚发性精神分裂症幻听可能与负性情绪、P300异常有关，P300改变可能是晚发性精神分裂症患者幻听的病理生理基础之一。

Relationship between late schizophrenia and negative feelings and auditory event-related potential

Objective To explore the relationship between late schizophrenia and negative feelings and auditory event--related potential. Methods 24 cases of schizophreniacs with acouasm and 17 cases of schizophreniacs without acouasm were assessed by HAMD and HAMA, P300 amplitude and latent period were analyzed at the same time. Results compared with the group without acouasm, HAMA total scores were significantly higher in the acouasm group, no significant difference was found between two groups in HAMD total scores. The latent period of N2 and P3 was prolonged significantly in the acouasm group, while the amplitude of P2 was lowered greatly. Conclusions Late schizophrenia may corre- late with negative feelings and abnormality of P300, the alteration in P300 maybe one of the pathophysiological mechanisms of hearing hallucination in late schizophrenia.
