| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ＡｐｏＥ基因多态性与冠心病、脑梗塞的相关关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应－限制性片段长度多态性分析结合ＤＮＡ直接银染技术，对正常群体、冠心病群体和脑梗塞群体ＡｐｏＥ基因第４外显子进行分析。结果经χ２检验，ＡｐｏＥ基因Ｅ３／Ｅ３基因型在对照组与冠心病组（Ｐ＞０．２５）和脑梗塞组（Ｐ＞０．１）之间没有显著性差异；经小样本ｕ检验，ＡｐｏＥ等位基因ε２在对照组与冠心病组（Ｐ＞０．２５）和脑梗塞组（Ｐ＞０．１）之间，等位基因ε４对照组与冠心病组（Ｐ＞０．１）和脑梗塞组（Ｐ＞０．２５）之间均无显著性差异。结论研究未发现ＡｐｏＥ基因多态性与冠心病和脑梗塞之间存在相关关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease(CHD), arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods Exon 4 of ApoE gene was analyzed in normal group(87 cases), CHD group(78 cases) and ACI group(55 cases) by a combination of polymerase chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism(PCRRFLP) and direct AgNO3 staining technique. Results Between the control group and CHD group, ACI group, 2 test showed no significant difference in genotype of E3/E3 (P>0.5,P>0.1, respectively);while u test showed no significant difference in allele 2(P>0.25,P>0.1, respectively),4(P>0.1,P>0.25,respectively) of ApoE. Conclusion No relationship between ApoE gene polymorphsim and CHD and ACI was noted in this study. |
