2005～2006年莱州市城区食品及公共场所从业人员HBV感染状况调查

目的]了解莱州市城区食品及公共场所从业人员乙型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法]采用间接血凝法检测HB-sAg,ELISA法检测HBeAg、抗HBs、抗HBe和抗HBc。结果]莱州市城区食品及公共场所从业人员乙型肝炎病毒感染率为1.79%。男性阳性率为2.11%(223/10 566),女性阳性率为1.43%(133/9 277),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食品行业从业人员阳性率为1.85%(305/16 521),公共场所从业人员阳性率为1.54%(51/3 322),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乙肝五项检测结果为:三项阳性占39.04%,二项阳性占25.00%,HBsAg单项阳性占35.96%。结论]莱州市城区食品及公共场所从业人员乙型肝炎病毒感染率较低。

Investigation on Hepatitis B Virus Infection among Food Practitioners and Employees in Public Places in Urban Area of Laizhou City from 2005 to 2006

Objective]To understand the status of hepatitis B virus infection among food employees and employees in public places in urban area of Laizhou.Methods]HBsAg was tested with indirect blood coagulation method,HBeAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBe and anti-HBc were tested with ELISA method.Results]Hepatitis B virus infection rate among food employees and employees in public places in urban area of Laizhou was 1.79%.The positive rate in male employees was 2.11%(223/10 566),while the positive rate in female employees was 1.43%(133/9 277);There was a difference(P<0.05).The positive rate in food employees was 1.85%(305/16 521),while in employees of public places was 1.54%(51/3 322);There was no difference(P>0.05).The 5 items of HBV were tested,The positive rate of 3 items tested accounted for 39.04% while the positive rate of 2 items tested accounted for 25.00%.HBsAg positive accounted for 35.96%.Conclusion]The rate of hepatitis B virus infection among food employees and employees in public places in urban area of Laizhou was not high.
