手术前插胃管时机的探讨

目的 为了减轻手术前插胃管给病人带来的痛苦，提高插胃管的一次成功率。方法 用方便取样法将80例需手术前插胃管的择期性腹部手术病人分为两组，分别在注射麻醉前用药前及注射麻醉前用药15min后插胃管，比较两组病人恶心、呕吐反应及血压、心率、一次成功率等指标。结果 两组病人的指标统计学上差异有显著意义。结论 注射麻醉前用药15min，后插胃管，可明显减轻病人痛苦反应，提高插胃管的一次成功率，对临床护理工作有积极意义。

The exploration for the patient's reactions by different time of preoperative nasogastric intubation

Objectives To reduce the pain of preoperative nasogastric intubation and increase the successful rate of inntubation.Method 80 cases of patients with abdominal operation were divided into two groups, intubation was conducted before injection of anesthetic and 15 minutes after injection of anesthetic for the two group. Nausea, vomit, pulses, blood pressure and successful rate for single intubation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results there were significantly difference in observed indicators between the two groups. Conclusion Nasogastric intubation at 15 minutes after injection of anesthetic can reduce the pain and increase the successful rate of intubation by single intubation, and has the potential to substitute routine intubation.
