摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子和血管生成与大肠癌发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,检测62例人大肠癌组织VEGF蛋白表达和微血管密度(MVD),分析VEGF和MVD、及其与大肠癌组织学分型、Dukes分期、癌肿浸润转移的关系。结果:VEGF表达强度和MVD与大肠癌的Dukes分期(P〈0.05)、淋巴结转移(P〈0.05)及远处转移(P〈0.01)密切相关,而与组织学分型无关(P〈0.05)

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),angiogenesis and the development of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:VEGF protein expression and microvessel density(MVD) in 62 colorectal cancers were examined by means of immunohistochemical staining.MVD and VEGF expression and their relationships were analyzed together with histologic types,Dukes period and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Results:MVD and VEGF expression positively correlated with Dukes period ( P <0 05),lymph node metastasis( P <0 05) and distant metastasis( P <0 01),but no significant correlation with the histologic type( P >0 05).There was a positive correlation between MVD and VEGF expression ( r =0 89).Conclusions:VEGF is highly related to angiogenesis of colorectal carcinoma and promotes growth,invasion and metastasis of co lorectal carcinoma.VEGF expression or MVD may be one of the predictors for the biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma.
