胃肠癌肝转移灶的射频消融治疗与手术治疗的疗效比较

目的：探讨比较针对胃肠癌肝转移的射频消融治疗与手术治疗的疗效。方法共46例患者接受原发灶根治术以及肝转移灶切除术或射频消融术,其中18例进行了原发灶根治术及肝脏转移灶切除术,28例进行了肝脏转移灶射频消融术,研究其临床资料。结果肝脏肿瘤切除与肝脏肿瘤射频消融术后患者复发率无明显差异,而射频组在手术时间、失血量及并发症上均优于单纯手术组。结论射频消融术对治疗结肠癌肝转移灶效果确切,副损伤少,值得进一步推广。

Analysis of curative effect between the radio frequency ablation and the operation to cure liver metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer

Objective To explore curative effect between the radio frequency ablation and the operation to cure liver metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 46 cases undergoing cure to the liver metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer during July 2004 to June 2010 in the Department of General Surgery were enrolled and their clinical data were analyzed. They were divided into two groups, 18 cases in opretion and the others in the radio frequency ablation. Results The mean operative time, hemorrhage and The complication Compared with the conventional operation was shouter, the relapse rate has no statistics difference. Conclusion The curative effect of the radio frequency ablation to cure liver metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer is ture, the complication is fewer and it to be worth to spread.
