大豆异黄酮对去势大鼠血脂代谢、血清SOD活力的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨大豆异黄酮对卵巢切除 (OVX)后大鼠的血脂、血清 SOD活力的影响。 方法 将 30只 2月龄左右的雌性 SD大鼠随机分为 3组 ,每组 10只。 A组为假手术组 (SHAM) 溶剂 ,B组为手术组 (OVX) 溶剂 ,C组为手术组 (OVX) 大豆异黄酮 (2 .5 mg/ 10 0 g.d)。喂养 90 d后取血 ,测定血脂 ,血清 SOD活力。 结果  (1) B、C组血清总胆固醇水平明显高于 A组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,C组与 B组比较无差异 ,甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白三组间比较无差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;(2 ) B组血清 SOD活力明显低于 A、C两组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,C组与 A组比较无差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 去卵巢大鼠血清总胆固醇浓度明显升高 ,血清 SOD活力明显下降 ,大豆异黄酮可抑制血清 SOD活性的下降 ,而对去卵巢大鼠的血脂影响不明显。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of soy isoflavones on the serum lipoprotein metabolism and SOD activities in ovariectomized(OVX) rats. Methods Thirty SD female rats, two months of age, were randomly divided into three groups:A group(SHAM), B group(OVX), C group(OVX IS). From day 10 of being ovariectomy or sham operated, the rats were given soy isoflavones 2.5mg/100g or placebe per oral daily for three months. At the time of death, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, the serum SOD activities were measured. Result (1) Group B and C had higher mean level of total cholesterol than that of group A(P<0.05). Triglycerides and HDL-c had no significant difference among three groups(P>0.05). (2) The serum SOD activities of group B was significantly lower than that of other two groups(P<0.05). But no significant difference between group A and C. Conclusion There was an increase in serum total cholesterol and decrease in serum SOD activities in OVX rats. Soy isoflavones could increase the SOD activities of serum and had no significant influence on lipoprotein metabolism.
