| 摘 要： | 目的:观察头针结合体针治疗小脑性共济失调的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予头针结合体针治疗,对照组给予体针治疗。针刺30天后观察疗效。结果:根据Berg平衡量表评定观察组治疗的总有效率为92.5%,对照组治疗的总有效率为57.5%(P0.05)。根据Tinetti量表及"站起-走"计时测试评定观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:头针结合体针治疗小脑性共济失调疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of scalp-plus body-acupuncture on cerebellar ataxia.Methods：Eighty patients were randomly divided into observation group（n =40） and control group（n=40）.The observation group was treated with scalp-plus body-acupuncture and the control group with body acupuncture.After acupuncture for 30 days,therapeutic effect was observed.Results：In accordance with Berg balance scale assessment,the general effective rate of observation group was 92.5%,while the general effective rate of control group was 57.5%（P0.05）.In accordance with performance oriented assessment of mobility and the Timed Up and Go test,the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Scalp-plus body acupuncture has a marked therapeutic effect on cerebellar ataxia. |
