| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Maspin蛋白在不同病理类型的乳腺癌中的表达特点和意义。方法：采用免疫组化Maxvision法检测不同类型乳腺癌Maspin蛋白表达状况，同时分析乳腺导管癌、浸润性小叶癌中Maspin蛋白表达与ER、PR、CerbB-2、VEGF、MVD及淋巴结转移的关系。结果：Maspin在导管原位癌、非特殊类型浸润性导管癌及浸润性小叶癌中的阳性表达率差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。小管癌与髓样癌中未发现Maspin蛋白表达。在乳腺导管癌中，Maspin阴性组CerbB-2表达、MVD值明显比Maspin阳性组高（P〈0．05）。结论；Maspin蛋白可能通过抑制微血管生成来发挥抑癌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the character and significance of Maspin expression in different breast cancer.Methods:Maxvision immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of Maspin in different breast carcinoma.And the relationship between expression of Maspin and that of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,VEGF,MVD,lymph node metastasis in invasion lobular carcinoma,ductal carcinoma was statistically analyzed.Results:Positive expression in ductal carcinoma in stiu,invasive carcinoma of no special type,infiltrating lobular carcinoma was 36.4%,23.5%,9.1% respectively,but no significant statistical difference(P>0.05) between groups.Maspin expression was not found in Medullary carcinoma and tubular carcinoma.Maspinpositive cases showed a significant decrease in MVD and/or C-erbB-2 expression(P<0.05).Conclusions:Maspin may depend largely on its antiogentic activity to inhibit tumor. |
