| 摘 要： | 笔报道举证倒置下精神科护理行为中存在的告知义务不及时．违反基本注意义务，约束不当，不尊重病人人格．强制住院与非法拘禁等潜在的法律问题，并提出相应的防范措施：精神科护理工作必须学法．懂法．在护理行为守法，在充分尊重病人权益的同时．用法律保护自己的合法权益，避免医疗纠纷．维护正常的医疗秩序。

| Abstract: | The author reported such potential law problems as untimely fulfilling duty of informing,violating basic obligations,improper restriction,ignoring patients' dignity,forcing hospitalization and illegal imprisoning,and the author put forward some preventive measures:nursing staff in psychiatry department must study the law and learn the law,obey the law during nursing work,protect their own legal rights with law when respecting patients' right fully,avoid medical disputes and maintain normal medical order. |
