闭合性颅脑外伤的脑电图分析

摘    要:目的:分析闭合性颅脑外伤的脑电图(EEG)变化规律特点。方法:对1250倒闭合性颅脑外伤病人进行了EEG分析。结果:EEG常660例(52.8%),异常590(47.2%)。结论:外伤后昏迷时间越长,昏迷程度越重,检查时间越早,EEG异常率越高,异常度越重。EEG是及时评估病情的有效检查方法。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the significance of changes of EEG in closed brain trauma, Methods:EEGs were analyzed in 1250 patients with closed brain trauma. Results: the EEG was normal in 660 cases (52.8%),abnormal in 590 cases (47.2%). Conclusions: The longer the duration and the more severe the degree of the coma, and the earlier the EEG examined, the more severe the abnormality of the EEG. The EEG was an effective method to estimate patient's codition in time.
