| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学Ｓ－Ｐ法检测了７１例大肠癌及癌旁粘膜中原癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白的表达，结果表明，５２．１１％（３７／７１）大肠癌及１２．５％（６／４８）癌旁移行粘膜中ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２呈阳性表达，且３２．４％（２３／７１）的大肠癌呈现（＋＋）或（＋＋＋）的阳性或强阳性表达，而正常肠粘膜均为阴性。大肠癌ｃ－ｅｒＢ－２表达与病人性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、部位，组织学类型、分化程度、浸润范围、淋巴结转移及Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期等临床病理因素均无关。

| Abstract: | We studied the expression of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein in 71 colorectal carcinomas and 48 paracancerous mucosas adjacent to the cancers by using S-P immunohistochemistry.We found that 52.11%(37/71) of cancers and 12.5%(6/48) of paracancerous mucosas presented positive expression of c-erbB-2 protein,whereas all normal mucosas were negative.There were no relationships being found between the expression of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein and tumor histology, tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage.It is suggested that over-expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene may take an important role in colorectal tumorigenesis. |
