| 摘 要： | 手术治疗高血压脑出生６４例，血肿位于壳核５３例，皮层下１１例，血肿量１５—３０ｍｌ８例，３０～７０ｍｌ３４例，７０～１１０ｍｌ２２例，２８例辅助尿激酶治疗。本文重点讨论了高血压脑出血的手术指征及手术方式。

| Abstract: | In this paper 64 cases of hypertensive intracerebaral hematomas were reported.Hematomas was found in the putamen in 53 cases,subcortex in 11.The volume of thesehematomas was 15-30ml in 8 cases,30-70ml in 34 and 70-110ml in 22.Twenty-eight patients were treated by infuslon of urokinase,The methods of treatment and the operative indications were discussed. |
