| 摘 要： | 目的探讨部分脾栓塞在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。方法在肝癌合并脾功能亢进介入治疗中,行肝动脉化疗栓塞的同时进行部分脾栓塞为治疗组,单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗为对照组,2组各17例,观察肝脾同时栓塞组术后1周脾功能亢进改善情况,比较2组术后1周肝功能恢复情况、栓塞综合症持续时间和疼痛程度。结果肝、脾同时栓塞组脾功能亢进的情况得以改善,外周血WBC及PLT有不同程度升高,2组术后第7d肝功能损伤情况差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),但栓塞综合症持续时间较长(P<0.05),疼痛程度较重。结论对于肝癌合并脾功能亢进,在肝动脉化疗栓塞的同时进行部分脾栓塞治疗脾亢是一种安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of partial splenic embolization(PSE) for interventional therapy of liver cancer concurred with hypersplenism.Methods Total 34 patients were divided into test group(n=17) and control group(n=17).Routing transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE) was adopted in the control group,while the test group was given TACE combined with PSE.The comparison was made in splenic function,liver function,embolism syndrome duration and pain degree of two groups one week later.Results... |
