大学新生心理健康状况与自我表露的关系研究

目的了解大学新生心理健康状况与自我表露的关系，为采取有针对性的心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用朱拉德自我表露问卷和大学生心理健康调查问卷（UPI）对某高校2853名新生进行心理测查。结果①新生心理问题栓出率为51．08％，心理健康状况值得关注；②新生自我表露与心理健康状况呈显著负相关，自我表露是影响心理健康的重要因素；③高自我表露者和低自我表露者在心理健康水平上存在着显著差异，低自我表露者芯理健康状况较差。结论大学新生心理健康与自我表露之间存在明显关联。

Investigations on the Relation of Freshmen's Mental Health and Self-disclosure

Objective To understand the relationship between self-disclosure and mental health of freshmen, and to provide the basis for taking targeted psychological health education. Methods To adapt Sidney Jourard self-disclosure questionnaire and University Personality Inventory to make the psychological test for 2,853 freshmen of one college. Results ①The detection rate of psychological problems in freshmen is 51. 08%, and freshmen＇s mental health are worth paying close attention to. ②The freshmen＇s self-disclosure are significantly negative correlation with the situation of mental health. ③There is significant difference between the high self-disclosure freshmen and the low ones. The low self-disclosure freshmen＇s mental health status are not so good. Conclusion There is an obvious correlation between mental health and self-disclosure.
