腹腔镜在肝脏疾病中的应用

目的：探讨腹腔镜替代开腹手术治疗部分肝脏疾病。方法：应用腹腔镜技术治疗肝脓疡16例、肝囊肿11例、肝癌探查6例。结果：16例肝脓疡切开引流成功，平均术后7d出院；11例肝囊肿开窗引流术，平均术后5d出院；6例肝癌镜下探查发现均已无法在腹腔镜下切除，2例立即改开腹行肝叶切除术，另4例病变广泛无法切除而仅行活检术。结论：腹腔镜应用于部分肝脏疾病具有创伤小、操作安全、疗效好、恢复快等优点。

Laparoscope for hepatic diseases

Objective:To discuss laparoscope to replace laparotomy for hepatic diseases.Methods:16 cases with hepatic abscess and 11 cases with hepatic cyst have been treated and 6 cases with hepatic carcinoma have been explored by laparoscope.Results:16 cases with hepatic abscess were drained successfully,and discharged average seventh day after operation.11 cases with hepatic cyst were performed windowing to drain, and discharged fifth day after operation.4 cases with hepatic carcinoma were explored that the focuses can't be removed,and only performed biopsy.2 cases with hepatic carcinoma were performed laparotomy for lobectmy of liver after exploring by laparoscope.Conclusion:There are many advantages:less trauma and safety and satisfactory treatment effect and quicker rehabilitation in laparoscope for heptic diseases.
