| 摘 要： | 目的应用改良CHOP方案治疗老年侵袭性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL),探讨其疗效和毒副作用。方法选择60~78岁侵袭性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,应用改良CHOP方案治疗4~6个周期,观察其疗效。结果CR 17例,PR 8例,RR 89.3%。骨髓抑制、胃肠反应均较轻,心脏毒性发生率低。结论改良CHOP方案治疗老年侵袭性NHL疗效高,毒副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective To apply improved CHOP regimen to elderly patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and to exploe its therapeutic effect and adverse reaction.Methods 28 patients with aggressive NHL who were 6078 years old were treated with 4-6 cycles of improved CHOP,its therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were observed.Results CR 17 cases,PR 8 cases,RR 89.3%.Bone marrow depression and gastrointestinal reaction were relatively mild,and incidence rate of cordis toxicity was low.Conclusion This improved CHOP regimen applied to elderly patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma has high therapeutic effect and mild adverse reactions. |
