心脑血管患者与纤维蛋白原的相关性

为了解心脑血管患者与纤维蛋白原 PFC的相关性 ,我们检测了 10 0例心脑血管患者 ,发现 6 2 %的病人纤维蛋白原增高 ,其有一定的相关性 ,尤其是急性期。心血管病人 48人纤维蛋白原增高 33人 ,比例为 6 8.8%,脑血管病人 5 2人纤维蛋白原增高 2 9人 ,比例为 5 5 .8%。男病人 48人纤维蛋白原增高 2 2人 ,比例为 45 .8%,女病人 5 2人纤维蛋白原增高 40人 ,比例为 76 .9%。此结果表明心血管病人比脑血管病人纤维蛋白原增高的比例大 ,女病人比男病人纤维蛋白原增高的比例大。

Correlation between Cardio-cerebral Vascular Disease Patient and Fibrinogen

In order to know the correlation between fibrinogen and patients with cardio-cerebral vascular disease , the authors examined 100 cases of cardio-cerebral vascular disease. A higher fibrinogen content was found in 62 % of the patients, showing certain correlation between fibrinogen and patients with cardio-cerebral vascular disease, especially in the acute phase. In 48 patients with cardiovascular diseases, 33 (68.8 %) were reported to have increased fibrinogen. Of 52 patients with cerebral vascular diseases, fibrinogen increased in 29 (55.8 %). 22 (45.8 %) of 48 male patients showed increased fibrinogen, while increased fibrinogen was detected in 40 (76.9 %) of 52 female patients. The comparison results showed that the percentage of increased fibrinogen in the patients with cardiovascular diseases was higher than that in the patients with cerebral vascular diseases and the percentage of increased fibrinogen in women was bigger than that in men.
