| 摘 要： | 目的：分析药房托管作为一种新的医改措施，能否降低药品价格，让患者真正得到实惠。方法：通过查阅最近有关医院药房托管方面的报道，结合国际医药发展的趋势，分析模式可能出现的问题。结果：医院药房托管管理模式难以达到除去“以药养医”“药品回扣”等弊端，解决“看病难，看病责”的预期目的。结论：医院药房托管管理模式在目前医疗技术和劳务收入不能体现其实际价值，以及药品供求之间的信息不对称的情况下并不可行。
