鼻内窥镜下射频治疗慢性上颌窦炎的临床观察

目的：观察射频治疗慢性化脓性上颌窦炎的临床疗效。方法：将孤立性上颌窦炎患者随机分为两组：鼻内窥镜下射频治疗组９７侧（５６例）。在鼻内窥镜下使用微波电极对上颌窦自然口周围７ｍｍ内软组织进行多点凝固。鼻内窥镜下上颌窦口扩大术组１２９侧（７８例），在鼻内窥镜下行和上颌窦口扩大术。结果：射频治疗组治愈９４侧（９６．９％），好转３侧（３．１％）。鼻内窥镜下上颌窦口扩大术组治愈１２１侧（９３．８％），好转８侧（６．２％）。两组疗效无显著性差异。结论：鼻内窥镜下射频治疗慢性上颌窦炎疗效肯定，可在临床广泛开展。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF NASAL ENDOSCOPIC RADIO FREQUENCY THERAPY FOR CHRONIC MAXILLARY SINUSITIS

ObjeictiveToobserve clinical curative effect of radil frequency therapy for chronic suppurative maxillary sinusitis.Methodsthe cases of solitary maxillary sinusitis were randomly separated into two groups1.Radiofrequency therapy group accounted for 97 sides(56 cases).The microwave electrode was used to solidify several points of the soft tissue which were around maxillary sinus ostium ostium within 7mm.2.Endoscopic astrostomy group accounted for 129 sides(78sides).Unicinatectomy and maxillay sinus astrotomy were made under endoscopy.ResultsFor radil frequency therapy,94 sides(96.9%)were cured and 3 sides(3.1%),improved.For endoscopic antrostomy group,121 sides(93.8%)were cured and sides(6.2%) were improved.There was no singnificant difference of curative effect between two groups.ConclusionThe curative effect of endoscopic radio frequency therapy for chronic maxillary sinusitis was positive.Itmay be widely practised in clinic.
