经尿道前列腺汽化术对性功能的影响

摘    要:目的 :观察经尿道前列腺汽化术 (TUVP)对良性前列腺增生 (BPH)病人性功能的影响。 方法 :对 139例BPH病人TUVP后进行随访研究 ,每例病人在TUVP前均填表回答目前性生活满意程度、凌晨勃起情况、性交频率等相关问题 ,病人在术后 3、6、12个月时回答同样的问题。 结果 :术前 5 9%的病人对性生活满意 ,术后 3、6、12个月分别为 5 2 %、5 7%、6 1% ,术前 ,术后无明显变化。术前凌晨勃起 6 2 % ,术后 3、6、12个月分别为 6 9%、72 %、82 %。术前 ,术后有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :BPH病人行TUVP术后除逆行射精外不引起病人性功能的明显改变 ,而凌晨勃起功能反而有改善。

Abstract:Objectives: To observe the effects of transurethral vaporization for prostate (TUVP) on sexual functions of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: 139 BPH patients were followed up after TUVP operation. Before and 3,6,12 months after the operation, every patient was required to answer the same questions including satisfaction degree of sexuality, nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT), frequency of sexual intercourse etc. Results: The satisfaction degree for sexuality was 59% before the operation. 3,6,12 months after the operation, it was 52%, 57% and 61%, respectively. No difference existed before and after the TUVP. The ratio of erection at dawn was 62% before the operations, 69%, 72% and 82% after the operations 3, 6 and 12 months. There was significant difference (P<0.01 ). Conclusions: The sexual function of the BPH patient didn't obviously improve after TUVP except for adverse ejaculating, while erectile function at dawn improved.
