| 摘 要： | 本文报告6例显微血管吻合游离髂骨移植修复下颌骨肿瘤切除后骨缺损。其中造釉细胞瘤4例,牙源性纤维瘤1例,始基囊肿1例。5例采用旋髂深血管蒂游离髂骨移植,1例用旋股外侧升支血管蒂游离髂骨移植修复下颌骨缺损,随访1年至4年,全部病例,无论在功能上及外观上均较成功,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Free bone-grafting microvascular anastomosis was used for repair msss- ive mandibular bone defect with tumor resection in six patients.The Diag- noses were ameloblastoma in four patients,odontogenic fibroma in one pati- ent,primordial cyst in one patent.Free iliac bone crest graft pedicled wi th profunda lilac circumflex vessels was used for grafting in five patients and the ascending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral vessels was used in one patient. All of the patients have been followed up for one to four years and the results are successful and satisfactory in function and appearnce. |
