清热消滞汤治疗小儿风热感冒挟滞证的疗效观察

目的：对采用清热消滞汤对患有小儿风热感冒挟滞证的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行观察。方法：随机抽取在2007年9月-2009年9月在我院就诊的患有小儿风热感冒挟滞证的患者病例110例，将其分为A、B两组各55例。A组采用清热消滞汤进行治疗；B组患者采用银翘散进行治疗。对两组患者的，临床治疗效果、用药后的并发症和不良反应进行比较分析。结果：结果表明，A、B两组患者的临床治疗效果比较，A组有效率要高出很多，有显著的统计学差异（P〈0．05）；两组患者在用药后均没有出现严重的并发症和不良反应现象，没有显著的统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：采用清热消滞汤对患有小儿风热感冒挟滞证的患者进行治疗的，临床效果，不会出现严重的不良反应和并发症现象，值得在r临床治疗时予以使用和推广。

Effective observation on treating children Fengre cold Xiezhi symptom with Qingre Xiaozhi decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating children Fengre cold Xiezhi symptom with Qingre Xiaozhi decoction. Methods： Randomly divided 110 cases treated in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2009 into group A and group B, each group with 55 cases. Group A treated with Qingre Xiaozhi decoction, group B treated with Yinqiao San. Comparing with the clinical effects, complications, adverse reactions of both groups. Results： The results show that, the effective rate of group A was obviously higher than group B, there was significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients did not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomena, no significant statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Treating children Fengre cold Xiezhi symptom with Qingre Xiaozhi decoction, no serious adverse reactions and complications, and shall be used in clinical treatment and promotion.
