自拟汤药联合西药治疗急性脑梗死50例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨自拟汤药联合西药治疗急性脑梗死临床效果观察。方法：选择我院2008年9月-2010年9月急性脑梗死患者100例，将上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予常规西药治疗，给予抗血小板药肠溶阿司匹林口服、给予川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注、根据患者血压血糖情况给予控制血压血糖对照组处理，颅内压升高者给予脱水剂等降低颅内压，纠正水电解质紊乱，维持酸碱平衡等。对照组采用以上治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予化痰通络汤：法半夏6g，天麻12g，白术12g，三七粉30g，丹参30g，香附10g，酒大黄3g等，水煎服，每天1剂，分3次温服，7天为一个疗程。两组患者连续治疗2个疗程。结果：观察组总有效率为94．0％，对照组总有效率为76．0％，观察组总有效率与对照组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟汤药联合西药能够显著改善急性脑梗死临床症状，临床效果显著，值得借鉴。

Clinical effects observation on treating 50 cases of acute cerebral infarction with self-decoction plus Western medicine

Objective： To discuss the clinical effective observation on treating acute cerebral infarction with self-decoction plus Western medicine. Methods： To choose 100 cases treated in our hospital from September 2008 to September 2010 randomly divided these patients into observation group and control group. Patients in two groups all treated with conventional western medicine, antiplatelet drugs enteric-coated aspirin oral, ligustrazine injection, controlled blood pressure and blood sugar according to actual situation of patients, reduced intracranial pressure of high intracranial pressure patients by dehydrating agent, corrected water and electrolyte disturbance, maintain acid-base balance and so on. Control group treated like this, while observation group treated with Huatan Tongluo decoction based on the control group. The Huatan Tongluo decoction contains rhizoma pinelliae preparatum 6g, gastrodia elata blume 12g, atractylodes 12g, notoginseng powder 30g, salvia 30g, cyperus rotundus 10g, Jiudahuang 3g and so on, one decoction a day for 3 times, 7 days as a course. Both group treated last 2 courses. Results： Treating acute cerebral infarction with self-decoction plus Western medicine can obviously improve the clinical syndrome and effect.
