天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压性眩晕的临床疗效观察

目的 研究分析天麻钩藤饮对于治疗高血压性眩晕的临床效果。方法：对我院收治的80例高血压性眩晕患者资料进行分析，将其随机分成观察组和参照组各40例。观察组的治疗方法是口服天麻钩藤饮加减（石决明、钩藤、杜仲、怀牛膝、天麻、栀子、黄芩、益母草、桑寄生、夜交藤、茯神等）。对照组采用口服硝苯地平片和（或）卡托普利片，对两组作比较．对其所需检测指标包括临床症状进行观察：血清总胆固醇（CHOL），血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL），血糖（GLU），血压（BP），血清甘油三酯（TG）及血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL），还有一年内出现的并发症等。结果：天麻钩藤饮有降低高血压眩晕患者血压的作用（两组差异无显著性P〉0．05），同时降低血脂，改善患者的眩晕症状（差异有显著性P〈0．05）。一年后随访情况良好，无一例中风发病，参照组发生中风5例占12．5％（差异有显著性P〈0．05）。结论：天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压性眩晕的疗效较好，对高血压并发症也有预防作用。

A clinical effective observation on treating high blood pressure vertigo with Tianma Gouteng decoction

Objective： Researching and analyzing on the clinical effect of treating high blood pressure vertigo with Tianma Gouteng decoction. Methods： Analyzing the datas of 80 cases with high blood pressure vertigo which treated in our hospital, randomly divided them into observation group and control group, each with 40 cases. In the observation group treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction （Shijueming~ uncaria, Duzhong, Huainiuxi, Tianma, gardenia, Huangqin, motherwort, loranthaceae, caulis, Fushen ~tc）. In the control group treated with nifedipine pills and （or） captopril pills, then comparing the two groups. Observing the testing indicators that needed such as serum total cholesterol （CHOL）, the higher level of apolipoprotein serum cholesterol （HDL）, blood sugar （GLU）, blood pressure （BP）, serum had three ester （TG）, the low density level of apolipoprotein ldl cholesterol （LDL） and one year for the complications. Results： Tianma Gouteng decoction could reduce the blood press of high blood pressure vertigo patients （difference was not significant/〉0.05） and reduce the lipids at the same time, improve the vertigo of the patients （there was a significant difference P〈O.05）. After a year with visits good condition, no one stroke, in the control group 5 cases got stroke count to 12.5% （there was a significant difference P〈O.05）. Conclusion： Treating high blood pressure vertigo with Tianma Gouteng decoction can make a better effect and have a preventive effect to hypertension complications.
