| 摘 要： | 目的：观察健脾补取清热利湿与调理气血法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：依据辨证，分为脾肾两虚、湿热内结、气滞血瘀三型，内服中药配合中药保留灌肠。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．47％，对照组总有效率69．56％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中医辨证分型配合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating ulcerative colitis by strengthen spleen and kidney, heat and dampness and conditioning blood method. Methods： According to differential treatment, divided the diseases into spleen and kidney deficiency, wet and heat within the junction, Qizhi Xueyu for 3 types, then applying TCM in oral retention enema. Results： The efficacy rate in treatment group was 93.47%, control group was 69.56%, in which, treatment group was obviously better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM differential plus TCM retention enema treat ulcerative colitis had obviously effect. |
