| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺加TDP照射治疗增生性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选用30号1．5寸毫针快速进针穴位，留针，加电针治疗仪，针完在膝关节局部拔罐。结果：在136例中，病愈48例，占35％；显效60例，占44％；好转26例，占19％；无效2例，占2％；总有效率占98％。结论：针刺配TDP治疗增生性膝关节炎临床疗效确切，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effect on treating hypertrophic knee arthritis with acupuncture plus TDP irradiation. Method： Using the 30th 1.5 inches Haozhen quickly into the acupoint, Liuzhen, added electric acupuncture instruments, then local cupping the knee. Results： In 136 cases, healed in 48 cases, accounted for 35%; markedly effective in 60 cases, accounted for 44%, effective for 26 cases, accounted for 19%; 2 cases of invalid, accounted for 2%, the total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion： Treating hypertrophic knee arthritis with acupuncture plus TDP irradiation has a significantly effective, worthy to be popularized. |
