渍结宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床与免疫的观察

目的：溃结宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效和该方对机体免疫的调节作用。方法：应用溃结宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎27例，并与柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗的29例作对照，观察两组治疗前、后的症状及证候变化以及血清免疫球蛋白的变化。结果：中药治疗组能明显改善溃疡性结肠炎的中医临床证候。在对IgG、IgA、IgM的影响方面：中药组治疗后IgG和IgM的水平与西药组治疗后相比，有显著差异，且中药组下降更为明显。结论：采用溃结宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者，溃结宁能可明显改善病人的临床症状，且有免疫调节作用，可能是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的重要机制。

Clinical and immune observation of treating ulcerative colitis with Kuijie ning

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating ulcerative colitis and the regulation of this medicine on immune. Methods： 27 cases were treated with ulcerative colitis with Kuijie ning, compared with 29 cases who were treated with sulfasalazine, observing the changes of symptoms and syndromes and serum immunoglobulin before and after the treatment. Result： TCM treatment group can impove the TCM clinical syndrome of ulcerative colitis. Impact on： Compared the IgG and IgM levels of TCM group with that of Western medicine after treatment, there are significant differences, and the low of the level more obvious in TCM. Conclusion： Treating patients with ulcerative colitis with Kuijie ning, Kuijie ning can impove the clinical syndrome, and had immune regulation, may be the important mechanism of treating ulcerative colitis.
