电针配合TDP治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

目的：观察电针配合TDP治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效。方法：将72例患者随机分为电针配合TDP治疗组（50例）和单纯毫针对照组（22例）。结果：电针配合TDP治疗组总有效率为98．0％（49／50），明显优于单纯毫针组的81．8％（18／22），两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：电针配合TDP治疗周围性面瘫有较好的临床疗效。

The observation of treating peripheral facial paralysis by electro-acupuncture plus TDP

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture plus TDP for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group with electro-acupuncture plus TDP （50 cases） and control group with simple acupuncture group （22 cases）. Results： The total effective rate was 98.0% （49/50） in the treatment group which was better than 81.8% （18/22） in the control group. The two groups had significantly difference in the total effective rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It has a good clinical effect that electro-acupuncture plus TDP for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
