浅谈中药不良反应产生的原因及其对策

目的：分析中药不良反应产生的原因，提出解决办法。方法：通过查阅有关中药不良反应的文献资料，总结、归纳中药不良反应的影响因素，并提出相应的对策。结果：引起中药不良反应的原因是多方面、复杂的。主要表现为药物因素、临床使用环节及个体差异等方面。结论：应正确认识中药不良反应，加强监测和防治工作，加大中药不良反应的基础研究工作，以保证临床用药的安全有效。

Discussion on the reason of TCM adverse reactions and treating policies

Objective： Analyzing the reason of TCM adverse reaction and proposed solutions. Methods： Read the literature of TCM adverse reactions, summarized the factors of it and proposed solutions. Results： Variety and complex reasons caused TCM adverse reactions, many of it showed drug factors, clinical use of links, individual differences and so on. Conclusion： Should correctly understood TCM adverse reactions not only strengthened monitoring and prevention, but also strengthened basic research of TCM adverse reactions to assure clinical medicine using safe and effective.
