中药治疗减轻消化道肿瘤化疗毒副反应68例疗效观察

目的：对68例有化疗期间毒副反应的消化道肿瘤患者，应用中药进行治疗，观察其临床疗效。方法：回顾我院2006年1月-2010年7月，我科收治的136例有化疗期间毒副反应的消化道肿瘤患者临床资料，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组患者68例。对对照组68例依据化疗中出现其毒副反应予以相应的西药进行对症处理，从而减轻症状；对治疗组68例患者于开始化疗时，就应用中药进行治疗，其疗程均为10～15天，并对两组患者疗效以及开始化疗后的消化道反应其发生情况进行对比分析。结果：对照组68例患者其总有效率为69．5％，而治疗组68例患者其总有效率为87．5％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：在消化道肿瘤患者化疗期间，应用中药进行治疗，能够减轻由化疗药物其毒副反应给患者带来的痛苦，取得了满意的效果。

The effect observation on treating 68 cases of reducing the gastrointestinal tumor of chemotherapy side effects in TCM

Objective： 68 cases of gastrointestinal tumor patients with toxicity reaction during chemotherapy, applying TCM to treat, then observe the clinical effect. Methods： Looking back from January 2006 to July 2010, and scaning the clinical data of 136 cases of gastrointestinal tumor patients with toxicity reaction during chemotherapy in our hospital, then randomly divided them into treatment group and control group for 68 cases in each group. 68 cases in control group according to their side effects, applying Western medicine to relieve symptoms. In treatment group with 68 cases applying TCM to treat when they start chemotherapy, for 10~15 days as a course. Comparative analysis the effect and the situation of gastrointestinal reactions after starting chemotherapy. Results： The total effective rate of 68 cases in control group was 69.5%, while the total effective rate of 68 cases in treatment group was 87.5%, which treatment group was obviously better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： During chemotherapy, gastrointestinal tumor patients applying TCM treatment could reduce the pain by the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs to their patients and get satisfactory results
