六味芍甘汤治疗中老年足跟痛68例临床体会

足跟痛又称跟痛症,是中老年人一种常见的病症。通过中医药治疗,探讨中医药治疗中老年足跟痛的治疗方法。方法：采用自拟六味芍甘汤水冲内服（华润三九单味中药配方颗粒）日一剂,分两次服。治疗68例。结果：痊愈56例,有效11例,无效1例。结论：六味芍甘汤有较强的解痉止痛,抗炎作用,临床疗效显著。

Clinical experience for in treating 68 cases of calcaneodynia with the Liuwei Shaogan decoction

Heel pain is a common disease in the middle-old age person. Through TCM treatment to explore the method of treating middle-old age person with heel pain. Methods： Applying Liuwei Shaogan decoction （CR Sanjiu single herb formula particles）, an agent per day, 2 times decoction orally qd. The total treatment number is 68 cases. Results： Cured 56 cases, effective l lcases, invalid lcase. Conclusion： Liuwei shaogan decoction had stronger effect of eliminate spasm pain and anti-inflammatory, which clinical effect was significantly.
