| 摘 要： | 目的：观察JRCL在体外对BGC-803细胞增殖的影响。方法：JRCL处理体外培养的BGC-803细胞,观察对细胞增殖的影响,观察肿瘤细胞形态学变化,检测细胞凋亡。结果：不同浓度JRCL对BGC-823细胞增殖具有抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖关系,高剂量JRCL对BGC-803细胞形态学有明显的影响。结论：JRCL具有抑制BGC-803细胞增殖作用,其作用强度与时间．浓度呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of JRCL to BGC-803 cells in vitro. Methods： To use JRCL deal with the cultured BGC-803 cells, observe the effect of cell proliferation and morphological changes of tumor cells, detect apoptosis. Results： Different concentrations JRCL have inhibition effect to BGC-803 cells proliferation and show dose-dependent, high-dose JRCL has significant impact to BGC-803 cell morphology. Conclusion： JRCL has the inhibition effect to BGC-803 cells proliferation, the effect intensity has positive relation with time-concentration. |
