坐珠达西配合附子理中丸治疗原发性肝癌腹泻52例临床观察

目的：探讨肝癌患者腹泻的治疗方法。方法：将原发性肝癌腹泻50例分为两组，治疗组28例在附子理中丸治疗的同时加用坐珠达西，对照组24例服用复方苯乙哌啶。结果：治疗组治疗后腹泻消失者占64％，腹泻症状好转者占18％，总有效率82％。对照组治疗后腹泻消失者占46％，腹泻症状好转者占25％，总有效率71％，两组疗效差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：坐珠达西配合附子理中丸治疗原发性肝癌腹泻有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 52 cases of primary liver cancer diarrhea with Zuozhu Daxi plus Fuzi Lizhong pill

Objective： To explore the treatment method of treating the diarrhea of patients suffer from liver cancer. Methods： Divide 50 cases of primary liver cancer diarrhea into two groups, 28 cases of treatment group was treated with Zuozhu Daxi plus Fuzi Lizhong pill, 24 cases of the control groups were treating with diphenoxylate compound. Result： After treatment, the patients whose diarrhea symptoms disappeared in 64%, diarrhea symptoms improved in 18%, the total effective rate for 82% in the treatment group. In the control group, the patients whose diarrhea symptoms disappeared in 46%, diarrhea symptoms improved in 25%, the total effective rate for 71%, the effective difference of the two groups had significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of of treating primary liver cancer diarrhea with Zuozhu Daxi plus Fuzi Lizhong pill was good.
