中西医结合治疗外科术后肺部感染50例

目的：观察定喘汤治疗外科术后肺部感染的临床疗效。方法：选取50例外科术后肺部感染患者为研究对象，分为治疗组及对照组各25例。治疗组为中药定喘汤加西医常规疗法，对照组为西医常规疗法。结果：治疗组有效率、好转率、无效率、总有效率分别为92％、8％、4％、96％；对照组有效率、好转、无效、总有效率分别为76％、12％、12％、88％，P值在统计学上均有显著性意义。结论：中西医联合治疗外科手术后肺部感染，疗效显著。

Treating 50 cases of pulmonary infection following surgery in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating postoperative pulmonary infection with Dingchuan decoction. Methods： 50 patients with postoperative pulmonary infection divided into treatment group and control group 25 cases. Treatment group with western medicine treatment plus Dingchuan decoction, control group with western conventional therapy. Results： In the treatment group, the efficiency rate, improved rate, invalid rate, and the total effective rate was 92%, 8%, 4%, 96%. In the control group, the efficiency rate, improved rate, invalid rate, the total effective rate was 76%, 12%, 12%, 88%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Treating postoperative pulmonary infection in the integrative medicine have a significant effect.
