| 摘 要： | 目的应用外剥内扎皮瓣转移整形缝合术式观察治疗重度环状混合痔的疗效。方法192例患者随机分为两组,治疗组98例用外剥内扎皮瓣转移整形缝合术式;对照组94例用外剥内扎术式。结果两组病例通过观察术后症状及复发的发生率比较,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组手术效果优于对照组。结论本术式治疗重度环状混合痔,术后肛管皮肤无缺损,肛门功能无损伤,明显降低了术后并发症及复发率,临床应用价值高。
