| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外周导入中心静脉置管（PICC）在胸上段食管癌患者中的应用及护理。方法选择2007-01/2010-10在本院胸一病区行食管癌三野淋巴结清扫术的56例胸上段食管癌患者行PICC置管,均根据患者具体情况给予预防性护理。结果56例患者在置管过程中发生护理问题4例,其余患者均顺利完成治疗计划,成功率达92.85%,导管留置时间3～67 d,平均置管时间为21 d。结论PICC导管是一种简单、可行,并发症较少的方法,可广泛开展。
