| 摘 要： | 目的：观察越鞠丸加味治疗肠道易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：将90例肠道易激综合征的患者随机分为2组，治疗组给予越鞠丸加味治疗，对照组给予黄连素、谷维素20mg口服，两组以14天为1疗程。结果：治疗组治愈28例，总有效94％，对照组治愈18例，总有效65％，2组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：越鞠丸加味治疗肠道易激综合征疗效显著。

The clinical observation on treating irritable bowel syndrome in Yueju wan |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yueju wan treat irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： 90 cases of irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, in which, treatment group treated by Yueju wan, while control group received berberine and oryzanol 20mg oral for 14 days for a course. Results： Cure rate in treatment group was 28 cases, and the total effective rate was 94%. Cure rate in control group was 18 cases, and the total effective rate was 65%. Compared the two groups, there had obviously meaning （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Yueju wan treat irritable bowel syndrome had notable effect. |
