| 摘 要： | 根据中医理论结合临床经验，认为“阳微阴弦”虽是胸痹心痛的总病机，脾胃功能失调却是“阳微阴弦”之本，其主要病机为脾胃功能失调，不能上奉心阳而为“阳微”，诸邪因虚上乘阳位而成“阴弦”。提出升阳健脾，养心通络或祛邪升阳，宣痹通络法治之。并附验案一则。

| Abstract: | According to TCM theory with clinical experience think Yangwei Yinxian is the main cause of chest and heart pain, but stomach disorders is the root of Yangwei Yinxian. To propose treating it with Shengyang Jianpi,Yangxin Tongluo, Quxie Shengyang, Xuanpi Tongluo methods and along with a test case. |
