| 摘 要： | 面瘫相当于西医的周围性面神经麻痹,是,临床常见病。根据临床经验及本组病例观察,认为针刺治疗的最佳时期是发病后的3～14天,此时采取针灸治疗配合中药离子导入,可以有效控制面神经炎症发展,促进患者及早康复。

| Abstract: | Facial paralysis is equivalent to peripheral facial paralysis in Westem medicine, which is a common disease in clinical. According to the clinical experience and observation of this group, the author thought the best time to apply acupuncture is 3 to 14 days after disease. In that time, if applying acupuncture plus TCM iontophoresis, which could control the development of facial nerve inflammation and improve patients to rehabilitation. |
