泻下法与大黄的临床应用体会

本文论述泻下法及大黄的药用机理及临床应用实践泻下法是祖国医学八法中的下法，临床多以此法治疗大便不通，胃肠积滞，实热内结、蓄水、寒积等实证，在临床实践中用于急性单纯性肠梗阻，急性胆囊炎，急性阑尾炎，急性黄疸型肝炎，肝硬化腹水，热痢初起，以及某些高热不退，神昏谵语，惊厥而有腑实证者，效如桴鼓。大黄是泻下剂中的要药，其性味苦寒，能荡涤肠胃实热、积滞、虫积等推陈致新，调中化食，安和五脏，通过不同的配伍对一些急睫性肠胃病症、急慢性肝胆病症、尿毒症等，既能祛邪安内，又能扶正补虚，预防疾病，双相调节，体会颇深。
