电针结合康复训练治疗产瘫患儿疗效观察

目的：观察电针结合康复训练治疗产瘫患儿疗效。方法：将71例确诊产瘫的患儿分为两组，治疗组38例采用电针治疗为主，结合康复训练；对照组33例单纯采用康复训练。结果：治疗组治愈率高，无效率低，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率为97．4％，对照组为78．8％，治疗组优于对照组，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗时间越早，效果越佳；对各型臂丛神经的效果观察显示，全臂丛型的疗效较上干型、下于型差。结论：电针结合康复训练是提高产瘫患儿治愈率、降低致残率的有效经济的方法，治疗越早，效果越佳。

Effective observation on treating obstetric brachial plexus palsy in children in electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitative training

Objective： To observe on treating children with obstetric brachial plexus palsy in electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitative training. Method： 71 cases of children with obstetric brachial plexus palsy were randomly divided into treatment group （n=38） and control group （n=33）. All patients got the rehabilitative training. The treatment begins earlier, the effect is better.
