摘    要:目的:观察电针结合康复训练治疗产瘫患儿疗效。方法:将71例确诊产瘫的患儿分为两组,治疗组38例采用电针治疗为主,结合康复训练;对照组33例单纯采用康复训练。结果:治疗组治愈率高,无效率低,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组总有效率为97.4%,对照组为78.8%,治疗组优于对照组,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗时间越早,效果越佳;对各型臂丛神经的效果观察显示,全臂丛型的疗效较上干型、下于型差。结论:电针结合康复训练是提高产瘫患儿治愈率、降低致残率的有效经济的方法,治疗越早,效果越佳。

Abstract:Objective: To observe on treating children with obstetric brachial plexus palsy in electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitative training. Method: 71 cases of children with obstetric brachial plexus palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (n=38) and control group (n=33). All patients got the rehabilitative training. In addition, the treatment group was mainly treated with electro -acupuncture. Result: The cure rate was high, and the inefficiency was low in the treatment group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The effective rate in the treatment group was 97.4%, and that in the control group was 78.8%, it was better in the treatment group than that in the control group; The difference was significant (P〈0.05). On the effect observation of various types of brachial plexus, the effect was poorer in whole trunk of brachial plexus than that in upper and lower. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitative training is an effective and economical method for patients with obstetric brachial plexus palsy, it can raise the cure rate, reduce the rate of deform -ity. The treatment begins earlier, the effect is better.
