中西医结合治疗气虚瘀黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎临床观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗气虚瘀黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎的临床效果。方法：40例气虚瘀黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎随机分配为治疗组和对照组各20例，对照组给予西医常规综合治疗，治疗组在西医常规基础综合治疗基础上加用扶正解毒化瘀方加减，治疗8周后，观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、肝功能（ALT、ALB、TBIL）、凝血酶原时间（PT）。结果：治疗组临床总有效率75％，对照组50％，治疗组明显优于对照组，P〈0．05；观察组中TBIL、ALT、ALB、PT的改善也明显优于对照组，P〈0．05．结论：中西医结合治疗气虚瘀黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎疗效显著。

The clinical observation on treating Qixu Yuhuang type chronic B severe hepatitis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating Qixu stasis yellow type chronic B severe hepatitis in the integrative medicine. Methods：40 cases of Qixu stasis yellow type chronic B severe hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group of 20 cases, control group of 20 cases, in which, control group received common Western medicine, based on that, trealrnent group applying fighting jieduhuayu. After 8 weeks, observe clinical symptoms, liver function and prothrombin time of the patients before the treatment. Results： The total clinical efficacy rate of treatment group was 75%, and control group was 50%, which means treatment group was obviously better than control group, P〈0.05. TBIL, ALT, ALB, PT in observation group was obviously better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： There was obvious effect that treating Qixu stasis yellow type chronic B severe hepatitis in the integrative medicine.
