复发性胡萝卜素血症致黄汗病9例治验

胡萝卜素血症一般认为无须特殊治疗，亦未见有反复发作及导致黄汗病的报道。本组9例患者，反复发作，且伴有汗液发黄等临床症状，经中医四诊辨证为黄汗病，证属表虚湿郁，营卫失调，投用《金匮要略》水气病篇之桂枝加黄芪汤加减治疗而愈，随访3年未发。因其仅汗黄身黄，而目不黄，因此，不同于黄疸；且《金匮要略》中黄汗与黄疸分篇而论，病名、主证、因机、立法、用方迥然不同，因此，不可混为一谈。

Experiences of treating 9 cases of recurrent carotenemia disease causing Huanghan disease

Carotenemia don＇t need special treatment, also don＇t have the report about repeated attacks and causing Huanghan disease. 9 cases of patients in the group, had repeated attacks, sweat yellowing and other clinical symptoms, in addition, it diagnosed as stomach by Sizheng in differentiation of TCM, the symptom was Biaoxu Shixie, Yingwei Shitiao, treating with Guizhi plus Huangqi decoction of Shuiqi Bingpian in Golden Chamber, follow for 3 years without recurrence, because he only sweat and body were yellow, and eyes were not yellow, so it was different from jaundice; Huanghan and jaundice were talking in terms of sub-articles in Golden Chamber, the disease name, Yinji, Lifa, resipe were different, so should not be confused.
