| 摘 要： | 目地：研究重症四肢电击伤合并腹部电击伤的护理。方法：针对此类患者给予专人全方位的护理经验总结。结果：经过全方位的护理挽救了患者的生命，无护理并发症发生。结论：对重症电击伤患者我们制定了相应的护理措施：密切观察患者肢体水肿、腹部渗液、观察’乎功能情况，给予重症监护、补液护理、生活护理、心理护理、肠瘘护理。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the nursing on severe limb electrical injury plus abdominal electrical injury. Methods： To summarize the nursing experience of this kind patient. Results： After a full range of care to save the patients＇ lives with no care complications occurred. Conclusion： We have developed the appropriate care measures to the severe limb electrical injury patients： close observe the pateints＇ limb edema, abdominal exudate, renal function situation, give intensive care, rehydration care, life care, psychological care, fistula care. |
