中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石46例

目的：观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法：以自拟中药排石汤加减口服治疗，每日1剂，早晚分服，1周为1疗程。同时予以西医输液治疗，山莨菪碱针20mg加入10％葡萄糖注射液500ml每日1次静滴，黄体酮针20mg每日1次肌注，呋塞米针20mg每日1次静推。若急性期合并感染，液体加入抗生素治疗，连用1周。结果：肾结石有效率71．4％，输尿管结石有效率91．7％，膀胱结石有效率87．5％，总有效率84．8％。结论：中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效显著。

Treating 46 cases of urinary stone in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the effect of treating urinary stone in the integrative medicine. Methods： Treating with Paishi decoction one dose for taken twice per day, one week as a course and added the Western medicine infusion therapy at the same time, anisodarnine needle 20rag plus 10% glucose injection 500ml once a day, progesterone-pin 20mg once a day, furosemide-pin 20rag once a day. If infection during the acute phase, adding antibiotic treatment one week. Results： Kidney stones efficient rate was 71.4%, efficiency 91.7% of ureteral stones, bladder stones was 87.5%, the total efficiency was 84.8%. Conclusion： Treating urinary stone in the integrative medicine can make a better effect.
