中医辨证治疗对脑梗塞患者恢复期的疗效分析

目的：通过收集，临床病例，阐明脑梗塞恢复期的中医临床证候特征，为今后中医药参与脑梗塞的二级预防提供依据，以期能够使脑梗塞恢复期的中医药治疗系统化、规范化。方法：对患者的病史、神经功能缺损程度积分、入院后的血生化检查和头颅CT检查数据进行分析，探讨上述因素与脑梗塞恢复期各主要证型之间的相关性。对可以进行统计学分析的数据，均采用spss13．0统计软件进行处理。结果：脑梗塞恢复期患者的中医辨证分型中虚证以肝肾阴虚为主，总共44例，占50．6％，其次为气虚，总共39例，占44．8％。标实证以痰瘀互阻为主，总共44例，占50．6％。本虚标实组合证以肝肾阴虚，痰瘀互阻证为主，总共42例，占48．3％。结论：脑梗塞恢复期患者的中医证侯特征，以肝肾阴虚，痰瘀互阻证和气虚血瘀证为主。伴有高血压病病史的脑梗塞恢复期的患者其证侯特征以肝肾阴虚，痰瘀互阻证为主；伴有2型糖尿病的患者证侯以气虚血瘀证为多，血浆纤维蛋白原在气虚血瘀证中升高的更明显。

An effective analysis of treating cerebral infarction recovery by TCM treatment

Objective： Through collecting clinical cases, clarifying the TCM clinical syndrome features of cerebral infarction recovery, providing the basis of the future TCM into secondary prevention of cerebral infarction, so that which could enable the TCM treatment of cerebral infarction recovery tend to systematic and standardized. Methods： We could analysis patients＇ history of illness, neurologic impairment points, the blood biochemical examination after admission and cranial CT examination data, then explore the relation of these factors and major syndrome of cerebral infarction recovery. All those data which could analysis in statistics should be dealt with spss13.0 statistical software. Results： Liver and kidney Yinxu was the major disease type for the patients of cerebral infarction recovery, which total number was 44cases, accounting for 50.6%. Benxu Biaoshi combination syndrome mainly shown in liver and kidney Yinxu, phlegm retention syndrome, which total number was 42 cases, accounting for 48.3%. Conclusion： The patients of cerebral infarction recovery＇s TCM syndrome features mainly shown in liver and kidney Yinxu, phlegm retention syndrome and Qi deficiency Xueyu syndrome. The patients of cerebral infarction recovery, who withing the history of hypertension mainly shown in liver and kidney Yinxu and phlegm retention syndrome. While the patients withing type 2 diabetes mainly shown in Qi deficiency Xuyu syndrome, and it is obviously increased in Qi deficiency Xuyu syndrome that plasma fibrinogen.
