自制中药洗剂联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣临床研究

目的：观察自制中药洗剂联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效、术后复发的预防作用和安全性。方法：采用随机配对的，临床研究方法；治疗组65例，运用自制中药洗剂联合C02激光治疗，对照组59例，单纯CO2激光治疗；使用统一的评定标准进行疗效评价和安全性考察。结果：治疗组治愈率和复发率分别为81．54％和18．46％，对照组治愈率和复发率分别为54．24％和45．76％；两组比较，治愈率和复发率均有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：自制中药洗剂联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣可增加其治愈率、减少复发率、安全性较高，证实自制中药洗剂对尖锐湿疣术后的复发有良好的预防作用及其安全性。

A clinical study on treating genital warts with TCM lotion plus CO2 laser

Objective： To observe clinical effects, prevention of recurrence after surgery and security of treating genital warts with TCM lotion plus CO2 laser. Methods： Taking clinical study methods of random pairing; treatment group for 65 cases, was treated with TCM lotion plus CO2 laser, control group for 59 cases was treated with CO2 laser treatment simply; Using uniform evaluation criteria for efficacy evaluation and safety inspection. Results： The cure rate and recurrence rates were 81.54% and 18.46% in treatment group, the cure rate and recurrence rates were 54.24% and 45.76% in control group; Compared the two groups, the cure rate and recurrence rate had a very significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating genital warts with TCM lotion plus CO2 laser can increase its cure rate, reduce the relapse rate and improve the security. The TCM lotion have significantly affect in the prevention of recurrence after surgery and security.
