三仁汤加减治疗慢性肾炎70例疗效观察

目的：观察采用三仁汤加减方式用于治疗70例慢性肾炎的临床效果。方法：随机抽取2008年1月-2010年12月这两年间在我院就诊的，采用三仁汤加减的内服的治疗方法用以治疗慢性肾炎的病例70例，并对其治疗效果进行了具体分析。结果：在所有抽取的70例病例中，治愈者28例，显效者24例，有效者14例，无效者4例，所有病例的总有效率为94．3％；最短者在3个疗程以内就能达到治愈的效果，最长者在12个疗程以内也能完成治疗。结论：采用三仁汤加减内服的治疗方法用以治疗慢性肾炎的治疗效果比较显著，对于该病的临床治疗有着十分重要的意义。

A clinical observation on treating 70 cases of chronic nephritis with Sanren decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating 70 cases of chronic nephritis with Sanren decoction. Methods： To choose 70 cases in our hospital January 2008 to December 2010 treated with Sanren decoction and specific analysis the clinical effect. Results： In this 70 cases, cured 28 cases, markedly effective in 24 cases, effective in 14 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total effective rate was 94.3%; the shortest cured in three courses, while the longest cured in 12 courses. Conclusion： Treating chronic nephritis with Sanren decoction can make a better effect and has an important meaning for this desease clinical treatment.
