直肠癌腹会阴联合切除术后性生活质量及影响因素调查分析

目的:了解直肠癌腹会阴联合切除术(APR)后病人的性生活质量及影响因素,为其术后性生活质量的提高提供帮助。方法:采用问卷调查方式,对80例APR术后的直肠癌病人进行调查。结果:术后病人的性生活质量低于术前。影响因素:心理因素占80％,手术导致的生理功能损伤占20%,医学知识缺乏、年龄及受教育程度等也有一定的影响。结论:对直肠癌APR术后的病人必须进行性生活相关知识宣教、心理指导以及医疗帮助。

The Investigation and Analysis the Quality of post - operative Sexual Life and Effective Factor in The Rectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Abdominoperineal Resection

Objective: To analyses the quality and effective factor of the sexual life of the rectal cancer patients who had undergone abdominoperinea! resection (APR), and to improve the quality of sexual life postoperative. Methods: To investigate 80 cases of rectal cancer patients underwent APR by questionnaire. Results: The quality of sexual life of the patients underwent APR is much lower than pre-operation.The effect of psychological factor is 80 percent, and 20 percent is the effect of physiological injury due to the operation, the lack of medical acknowledge, age and education level also have certain influence. Cnclusion: The health education, psychological guide and medical assistance about sexual life must be done to the patients experienced APR operation.
